Identifying Your Style:
Step One: Data Collection. We collect information from clients, employees, peers, your manager, and you about your company /department and yourself.
Profiling Your Effectiveness:
Step Two: Analysis. We develop recommendations for improving your management effectiveness and company / department performance based on the data collected.
Deciding Your Future:
Step Three: Development. You develop personal, business and career goals, plus action plans for achieving those goals in a three day workshop away from your office.
Supporting Your Progress:
Step Four: Follow-up. We conduct a one-on-one follow-up session to review progress towards goals and to provide more feedback, guidance, and assistance.
Strengthening Your Successes:
Step Five: Reinforcement. Progress and achievements are reinforced through two half-day workshops at 45 to 60 day intervals with your original workshop group. We identify corrective action and feed back noticeable improvements in your management effectiveness.
